XG Robominds, a Robotics programs designed to encourage the Next Generation Smart Minds with the help of team of mechanical, electrical and computer engineers, who share the passion to teach Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) to our younger generation. Jr. Robominds for ages 5-8 years old​​

Goal of this program​
Teach children at early age about technology and fun learning to build new stuff. The Junior Robominds curriculum is designed to introduce robotics to children ages 5 to 8 years old using STEM learning fun and educational projects.
How does this program benefit our students ?
All robotics kits are both fun and educational. They are carefully chosen to help students build fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination and enhance creativity while keeping them entertained for hours. Supports logical thinking and problem solving, unleashing child’s imagination to endless possibilities.
  
Teaching Strategy and Methodology

Structured teaching style: Lesson topics of the first Junior course start with basic projects including step by step instructions. After completing certain number of projects, they go to second level where the challenged designs are provided without step by step instructions. This will include speed and time with a modification of the design and have to implement as a team. In the third level, students are guided to learn about electronics, how Robots are build, they explore hand gesture, sensor and camera technology exploring our robots unleashing their creativity and expanding their knowledge base.

Robot Circuits & Electronics for ages 8 to 11 years old

Goal of this program
Teach children about electricity, circuits and electronics. Robots consists of motors, gears, and electronics with software. This course is fun learning to design new circuits and builds strong foundation of basic electronics. The Robot Circuits and Electronics curriculum is designed to introduce electric circuits, batteries, electronics, micro controllers to children ages 8 to 11 years old using STEM learning fun and educational projects.

STEM supported robotics kits such as Electronics Snap Circuits SC-100 and SC-300 give children an exciting, hands-on introduction to electronics. This kit contains over 60 color-coded, real circuit components that snap together to create working electronic circuits and devices.

Each lesson presents simplified concepts in engineering, or physics, after which students are guided to build and design electronics circuits.

How does this program benefit our students ?
All robotics kits are both fun and educational. They are carefully chosen to help students to develop child’s understanding of electrons, electricity, batteries, chemistry and physics. We challenge our students to build
​creative designs, to teach how a LED works, how a motor runs, parallel and series circuits, Integrated circuits and explore different functions using one integrated circuit, USB, microcontrollers and much more.

Structured teaching style: Projects of Robot circuits and electronics course are arranged in order of complexity, students can build on their skills as they progress through design instructions. The lessons start out with a simple electric light and switch project that demonstrates how electricity is turned on and off with a switch. After completing certain number of projects, they go to second level where students design their own circuit to solve a given challenge. This will include speed and time with a modification of the design and have to implement as a team. In the third level, students are guided to learn about integrated circuits, USB and microcontroller. Then they will develop individually Air Power Car project leashing their creativity and expanding their knowledge base on how cars are build.

Robot Software Coding for ages 12 to 15 years old ​​

Goal of this program
Teach children about robot software and coding. Robots are programmed and run through software flashed on microcontroller. This course is fun learning about software coding and builds strong foundation of software programming methods. The Robot Software Coding curriculum is designed to introduce how to program certain steps that a robot has to perform to children ages 12 to 15 years old using STEM learning fun and educational projects.

How does this program benefit our students ?
All robotics kits are both fun and educational. They are carefully chosen to help students to develop child’s understanding of microcontrollers and sending software commands using Bluetooth wireless technology. We challenge our students to build software to control certain actions by the robot and also provide intelligence using sensor technology and much more.

Teaching Strategy and Methodology

Structured teaching style: Projects of Robot Software Coding course are arranged in order of complexity, students can build on their skills as they progress. The lessons start out with a simple understanding of sensor, microcontroller, motors and Bluetooth. Simple projects that demonstrates how a robot can be programmed using simple graphical programming commands. After completing certain number of projects, they go to second level where students start their own software design using flow charts to solve a given challenge. This will include speed and time with a modification of the design and have to implement as a team. In the third level, students are guided to learn about software coding at command level without graphical commands. They will write code for “Autonomous Vehicle technology Obstacle Auto Detection” and “Vehicle Lane Detector” projects leashing their creativity and expanding their knowledge base on how cars are build.
